Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@mavoprintpro.net or call (410) 575-7970. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
Damaged or Defective Items
